Canadian Center of Science and Education Accepts Preprinted Articles for Its Journal

Introduction to Canadian Center Of Science And Education
Established in 2006, Canadian Center of Science and Education (CCSE) is a for-profit, private publisher, which delivers unsurpassed support and services to researchers and educators in not only Canada but also all around the globe.
What Are Preprint Articles?
Publications, which need to be printed in a peer-reviewed journal, are required to undergo extensive reviewer critique, which often takes more than expected time. However, the problem with research-based articles is that they need to be circulated and distributed in the scientific community quickly. This led researchers around the world to distribute documents known as 'preprints' which are copies still waiting to undergo peer-review. However, when a scholar or researcher is being assessed for promotion or tenure, preprints are not weighed heavily unless it becomes the part of a peer-reviewed publication.
The US Department of energy, Office of Science and Technical Information defines preprints as, "a document in pre-publication status, particularly, an article submitted to a journal for publication." Today, when rapid transmission of researched knowledge is critical, the ability to submit preprints to a peer-reviewed journal grants immense leverage to researchers.
Publishers' Submission Policies Regarding the Use of Preprints Prior to Publication
It is widely known that the Canadian Center of Science and Education did not accept preprinted articles in the past. However, they revised this policy on March 1, 2014. The new policy explains that the CCSE will accept all submissions that have appeared on the preprint servers like arXiv, bioRxiv, Nature Precedings, Philica, Vixra, and the Social Science Research Network. According to the revised policy, the Canadian Center of Science and Education would also accept preprints, which have earlier been presented at a conference or have been published in other blogs or posters.
The Canadian Center of Science and Education also released a detailed document, which explains the submission guidelines in detail. http://web.ccsenet.org/images/stories/myfiles/PaperSubmissionGuide-CCSE.doc
Why Change The Policy?
All authors and researchers around the world wish to get their studies published in a reputable journal after a preprint, as this provides ample exposure. However, when an interview or evaluation is conducted regarding the candidate's promotion, the preprints are not considered important or relevant until they are published in a peer-reviewed journal. Considering this, the Canadian Center of Science and Education updated the policy to provide better services to the scholarly authors, readers, and the community.
Accepting preprint submissions gives the chance to researchers and authors to become the part of a well-known peer-reviewed journal and gives them ample leverage in the future while creating adequate exposure for their work.
These revisions in the policies, which earlier restricted preprint submissions, means that the Canadian Center of Science and Education has a strong sense of responsibility and it is a serious, rigorous publisher, which aims at providing authors the opportunity to highlight their research without any hassles.

Canadian Center for Science and Education - Calling For Authors to Share Work on their Own Website

The Canadian Center of Science and Education is committed to the promotion of knowledge and growth of the educational sector, not only in Canada, but around the world, publishing scholastic journals online, along with aiding research and development by promoting numerous programs in vast fields such as Biology, Humanities, natural sciences and business management.
Therefore, we encourage authors to publish scholarly journals on their own website, along with sharing their work on the Canadian Center for Science and Education's catalogue. With the incredible pace at which modern technology is advancing, it has become necessary for professionals to coordinate, in order to facilitate research in a particular field.
It is the obligation of every scholar to share their work with the rest of the world to support advancements in their field. By sharing your work with colleagues, you would be playing an essential role in forming the basis of their research. They could use your publications to learn more about a particular research project, building a foundation on which to base their thesis.
Not only will you be facilitating research in the field, you would also be gaining peer recognition through your published journals, earning the respect of other scholars in the field of study.By publishing your work on the Canadian Center for Science and Education's website, you will be holding the copyrights to the journal, along with the right to publish your work on any other website. You will be fully entitled to the work; the CCSE only holds the first publication rights to the journal. This is why the Canadian Center for Science and Education is the best place to share your work with the rest of the world. We believe in giving fair credit when it's due.
We visualize a world where professionals and scholars could access thousands of research and thesis documents with the comfort of their home. Through our online journalistic catalogue, that is now possible.
The Canadian Center for Science and Education takes it upon itself to maintain a strong code of ethics, along with a sense of responsibility to grant authors full credit for their work. It is our mission to make the access of information easier, acting as a forum for professionals from different continents to share their work with the rest of the world. We take pride in providing scholarships to excellent minds and students with exceptional performance around the world. Through our contributions in the educational sector, we aim to construct a future generation of leaders and great minds who can interact and share their findings with each other.

Canadian Center of Science and Education Affiliation with ICOQSIA2014

With the mission to create more opportunities for generations to come, the Canadian Center of Science and Education (CCSE) looks to maintain its equity and esteem through scientific integrity and distinction. Associated with research institutions, foundations and enterprises, CCSE has been supporting programs since its inception in 2006. Through research and development, CCSE has already issued notable journals in the fields of social sciences, education, economics, management, humanities, and natural sciences.

CCSE has been very successful at publishing journals that are based on extensive research. Moreover, their published work provides a faultless platform for researchers and professionals. One such journal meeting the requirements is the Modern Applied Science (MAS). The journal has been given open-access, which means professionals could easily benefit from reading the published work whenever and however they wish to get access it. There is a copy of the journal online which is available for download for free.

The MAS journal was published through primary research, where authors were made responsible to use original work that was unpublished and wasn't under review in any other journal. This meant that the study conducted to get to the material within the MAS journal is fresh, updated, and innovative for professionals to read. MAS covers, but is not limited to, aspects of mathematics and stats, agricultural and biological engineering while encompassing energy, environmental science, and engineering and mechanics.

Moving on, we have the International Conference based on the applications of quantitative sciences taking place between the 12th and 14th August next year. The School of Quantitative Science, as the host, has welcomed in abstracts, proposals, and research writings that can enable the objective of the conference to be fulfilled. This conference will share knowledge that can extend awareness in related topics and add something new to the traditional theories that exist. AIP, or American Institute of Physics, will publish the proceedings of the conference.

Through 'streamlining development' and 'fostering innovation', the conference is aimed at developing a broader base of information for a wide range of topics. As an academic conference that has been conducted twice before as well, it has been able to come up to a reputable standard by promoting innovation and research. The conference will be held in Kedah, Malaysia.

Renowned for its originality and a strong sense of responsibility, CCSE has been a very successful institution at publishing useful journals towards their field of specialization. Since the material in their journals is strongly based on data hat has been collected through extensive research, the journal adds value to the topic of discussion by enhancing innovation and adding something new to the already existing data and theory. Because CCSE has come to credible level, the institution has participated in the conference based on quantitative sciences through cooperative partnership.

CCSE gives authors a PDF copy and two printed copies of journals in which their content is published. Researchers can also nominate editors or peer reviewers whose names are listed in the printed copy. Researchers can either arrange for peer reviews themselves, or CCSE can do it on the researcher's behalf.
CCSE makes sure that each and every article that is published is authentic and accurate. There's no room for errors because each publication goes through a number of editing and reviewing sessions. If any submitted content doesn't fit into the journal's scope or has been published (fully or partially) in any other journal, it is rejected then and there.

Double blind reviewing systems keeps author's and reviewer's identities anonymous to eliminate bias. On a scale of 1-5, a minimum score of 2.5 is necessary to get an article accepted for publication.
Researchers and authors must submit their unique and original work to CCSE. All its journals are comprehensive and renowned to give authors international exposure. Besides giving researchers a platform to showcase their talent, it helps educate millions of readers who visit the free online database of CCSE and JSD.
